We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. This detailed policy outlines our commitment to a fair and transparent process for returns and refunds.

1. Scope and Eligibility

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from the official Saundarya Essentials website.

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns and provide refunds under specific, verifiable circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is received in a damaged condition (e.g., broken bottle, cracked jar, leaked contents) or is defective (e.g., faulty pump or sprayer).
  • Incorrect Product Received: If the product you receive is not the item you ordered (e.g., wrong variant, wrong product altogether).
  • Adverse Reaction (Allergic Reaction): While our products are formulated to be gentle, individual skin sensitivities can vary. If you experience a documented allergic reaction to one of our products, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit. We will require a clear photograph of the reaction and may ask for a doctor's note to process this request.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been used or opened, except in the case of a verified allergic reaction.
  • Orders where the customer has simply changed their mind.
  • Products that were part of a "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" promotion.
  • Minor variations in product color, texture, or scent. Our products are made with natural ingredients and in small batches, which can result in slight, natural variations. These are not considered defects.

2. Time Frame for Returns

All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery date. Any request made after this period will not be eligible for review.

3. How to Initiate a Return Request

To ensure a swift and efficient resolution, please follow these mandatory steps:

  2. Provide Order Details: In your email, include your full name, email address used for the purchase, and your Order ID.
  3. Describe the Issue: Clearly and concisely describe the reason for your return. For damaged or incorrect items, specify which product(s) are affected.
  4. Attach Photographic Evidence: This is a crucial step. Attach high-resolution photos or a short video that clearly shows the product's condition, the product label, and the original packaging (including the outer shipping box if it was also damaged). This documentation is essential for our verification process and for filing a claim with our shipping partner, if necessary.

Upon receipt of your request, our team will review the details and respond within 2-3 business days with an approval or denial.

4. The Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions. For damaged or incorrect items, you will generally not be required to ship the product back to us. For other cases, we may provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Important: We are not responsible for any items returned to us without prior authorization. Any such items may be discarded and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

5. Refund Options

Once the return is verified and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: If a product is damaged or incorrect, we will promptly send a replacement of the same item at no additional shipping cost to you. This is our preferred resolution.
  • Store Credit: We can issue store credit for the full purchase price of the eligible item(s). The credit will be applied to your Saundarya Essentials account and can be used on a future order.
  • Refund: A refund for the product's purchase price will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note the following:Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.Refunds can take 7-10 business days to appear on your bank statement or credit card account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We have no control over this timeline once the refund is initiated.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at saundaryaessentials1@gmail.com with your Order ID. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your cancellation request is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Saundarya Essentials reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. Our team's decision on all return and refund matters is final.
