1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel, please email us at saundaryaessentials1@gmail.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return/refund policy.
2. Returns and Replacements
Due to the nature of our products (handcrafted, personal care, and hygiene items), we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, we offer replacements in the following cases:
